It’s now day 2 after my surgery.. I had silicone 3 mm + costal cartilage. But my eyes look too close together, so I’m a bit worried.. I’m just starting to get bruising around my eyes.. After removing the nasal packing today, I feel like I can finally live ~~ +As an aside.. Here, instead of pretty post-rhinoplasty reviews, there are tons of revision surgery posts.. silicone removal surgery reviews, and posts regretting nose surgery.. Suddenly I’m starting to regret it too.. Reading the posts, it feels like I’ll end up needing removal eventually.. If I was going to remove it anyway, why did I do it...?... It’s just.. complicated.... I thought there would only be really happy posts. But everyone is talking about having been depressed.. and there are only inquiries about silicone removal.. Silicone really only lasts, at best.. rarely 10 years, maybe..? Inflammation, contracture?, scar tissue??? Sigh........ What if I end up like that too I came here because the swelling was making me anxious, but now I’m even more anxious...........
