I came to vent because I feel frustrated lol..

Hello... It’s me, the person who recently went to get silicone removed but just ended up replacing only the silicone lolol.. When I went to get the stitches removed, I wanted to talk with the director.. I had so many questions.. How many mm the silicone was replaced with, how the nasal tip was handled.. whether the capsule was removed before the replacement, etc... I went to get the stitches removed, and while the nurse was removing them, I asked, “ When my silicone was replaced, how many mm was it replaced with?” “We don’t really know. You need to ask the director.” “Ah.......................... ” Maybe because I was in the middle of getting the stitches removed, and because they said it that way, I had nothing to say lol... First, I got the stitches removed. I wanted to see the director before leaving, but they seemed busy.. and I didn’t see them, so I just left... A few days passed like that.. Originally I went to have the silicone removed, but since it was replaced, I had lingering regret, so I kept searching online about silicone removal and looking up this and that.. Then I had the thought that it is my nose, so it seems only natural that I should at least know how my nose was operated on. I woke up early in the morning, and as soon as it became 10, I called the clinic... “ What mm was the silicone replaced with, how was the nasal tip handled, and was the capsule removed? ” I asked these 3 things in total. They said they would ask the director and call me back, then hung up. After a lo~~ng while, they called and said The capsule and inside of the nose were completely cleaned up, and a new implant was inserted, so I did not need to worry. (I had hoped the capsule was still there.. Then even if I removed the silicone right now, it would not suddenly become drastically lower.) Also, the reason I went to the clinic was because of silicone show-through, and recently I could see the silicone border between the brows...... I asked about this too, and they told me to come in and consult ... That was the obvious thing to say, so while talking about this and that, I asked, how many mm is the silicone? And they said they did not know exactly, but the director adjusted the size to fit the patient’s face and inserted it well.... (I get it... but silicone has a mm size, doesn’t it? How many mm is it.. In conclusion, they don’t know ^^ ;;;;; ) Then what did they do to the nasal tip? First, they asked me how my nasal tip was done the first time... At first, I had silicone and ear cartilage... Of course, that manager? was not there back then... My first rhinoplasty was 5 years ago, but as if that person knew, they said, Ah~ then the nasal tip must have been done with that ear cartilage back then ........ Cartilage from 5 years ago .....? As if they had been next to me during the surgery.. I just said I understood and hung up. I thought everyone here would know better .... lol My nose is originally thin and small.. Unless it is a fairly thin silicone, the show-through will probably happen again.. Still, there is no inflammation and no side effects. I’ll take good care of it and live like this, then later save money and go to another clinic to have it removed cleanly ^^ ......
