15 years after nose surgery.. revision surgery this time

My first surgery was 15 years ago~ It was surgery to raise everything with silicone, from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip~ There was no tip manipulation.. that’s the kind of surgery I had. My nose was very low and large,-- a real bulbous nose~ The nasal skin was thick too. My nose was also slightly crooked. The first surgery was done by a young doctor, and the glabella ended up a bit high, while the tip was just blunt. People didn’t really notice that I had nose surgery, but if they looked closely at the glabella, it was noticeable. Anyway, even with just that level of surgery, my impression changed a lot, and I became prettier in my own way, so I was satisfied at the time. I lived well for 15 years~ I even had three strong impacts, but there were no problems~ Once, I bumped it and had nosebleed pouring out, and my nose swelled badly, but it was still fine~ The reason I had revision surgery this time was that I wanted to try some nasal tip manipulation. It was too much of a bulbous nose... In a way, because of my nose, my face felt a bit unrefined. Also, my nose was long. Anyway, I had it done in Apgujeong with costal cartilage.. it’s an expensive place. Fifteen days after the first surgery, I did it again. The nasal tip was too high, and I really didn’t like it. The nurses also said the tip would not come down much. Fortunately, the doctor readily understood how I felt, admitted that it seemed slightly overdone, and performed revision surgery for me. Honestly, I struggled a lot emotionally for three months. Now it has been three and a half months. First of all, while doing nose surgery, I also had what is commonly called cat surgery.. That really took so long for my facial expressions to come back. In my case, it kept feeling awkward for more than two months. Even now, I haven’t returned 100% to the same expressions as before. But there’s no awkward feeling, and it just feels like this is my face;; I think people whose gums show a lot would benefit from the surgery. The upper lip definitely rises less than before. And the swelling from this is really no joke. I don’t know if it’s because I also had osteotomy, but the residual swelling lasted almost two months.. Somehow I looked like a gumiho... and like an artificial person when smiling.. I really went through a lot emotionally. It also felt like my philtrum got longer, and my nostrils had never shown at all before, but from the front they showed slightly, and that was very hard to get used to~ After doing it, I didn’t hear that I had become prettier, only things like, “Your cute impression is gone,” so I was very depressed~ As for the current result.. I’m fairly satisfied. Even after revision rhinoplasty, you don’t become dramatically prettier. haha And cat surgery, at this hospital they call it a luxury nose and almost do it together with the nose.. but unless your mouth protrudes a lot and your gums show a lot, I don’t really want to recommend it. The reason is that the swelling lasts too long, it takes too long for the nerves controlling facial expressions to return, and it doesn’t go back 100% to how it was before~ The side profile became prettier, but the front view did not improve much. Rather, because the philtrum looks slightly longer, the youthful impression fades a bit.. Anyway, I’ll upload photos^^ The first through third photos are after the first surgery and before the revision. The fourth photo is when the nose was high after the first surgery.. so I had a re-revision, and from the second photo onward is after the final surgery. For some reason, I don’t end up taking many side-profile photos. I’m uploading many honest front-view photos. Oh right, some people say costal cartilage is hard like stone. I had silicone before.. and back then I could almost make a pig nose. As for hardness, honestly, if I press it, it seems just as hard then as now. It was harder right after the first surgery. It becomes a bit more flexible. Moving it left and right is inevitably more unnatural now because there is a support strut, but there isn’t really any special reason to do that anyway. For me, even though it’s costal cartilage, I don’t think there’s much more discomfort compared with the first time^^
