When does swelling on the nasal bridge go down? (Photos included)

My nasal bridge is 3 mm, and the nasal tip was done at 4 mm. My younger sibling had 4 mm done 2 years ago, and it turned out so well and made them prettier.. I was going to do the same, but the doctor said if he put in something excessively high, the skin would become thin and it would be risky later, so I did 3 mm.... Looking at it now, I wonder how high it would have been if I’d done 4 mm -_- It’s scary. It’s 3 mm now, but it’s super high... wow wow... All I can see on my face is my nose..;;; It’s currently exactly day 7 after surgery. (I had eyes and nose done together.) I only like the height of the nasal tip... For the nasal bridge, I wish the middle would just come down a little and become like a slope-shaped nose... But it’s not like it will do what I want..ㅜㅜ The glabella area is too highㅠㅠ It looks like my nose has protruded upward on its ownㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And my nose length has become too long...ㅜㅜ When I look at other people, some say right after surgery they had an upturned nose, then the nasal tip came down.. Others say that as time passes, the nasal tip lifts up.. For me, there hasn’t been much change in the nasal tip, whether right after surgery or now.... Actually, even right after surgery, the swelling wasn’t that severe. The surgery was also quick... I had almost no pain.. Anyway, once the swelling in the glabella goes down, will there be a bit more curve there??
