I had silicone, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm removed For my first surgery 3 and a half years ago, I had silicone and ear cartilage done, and 1 year later there was show-through at the nasal tip, so it was covered with AlloDerm. But as time passed, the nasal tip became pointy, it showed through again, and even the AlloDerm started to show through My skin had become extremely thin They said the AlloDerm was stuck tightly to my skin, so they would remove as much as possible, but I don’t think they were able to remove all of it. It still looks square-shaped ㅠㅠ But this is something other people wouldn’t notice, only I can see it, so I guess I’ll just have to accept it and live with it ... During the removal, they reinforced the thinned nasal tip skin by taking dermis from my abdomen And they said leaving the ear cartilage support in place wouldn’t interfere with daily life, so they just left it
