I'm having my 6-year-old L-shaped silicone removed next Thursday. It's because of psychological factors, a foreign-body sensation, and my skin getting thinner. Sometimes my nose has felt itchy or turned red. Could that be inflammation? It got better within a few hours, so I've never even taken anti-inflammatory medication After reading reviews here, I'm so anxious and scared I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm working, so I'll take Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off and go straight back to work... I'm also scared of how others will see me. What if contracture or shrinkage gets severe and my nasal tip turns up Every day feels agonizing... When will I be able to sleep peacefully without worrying... Will a day like that ever come...
