Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I am 2 weeks after revision rhinoplasty; can I have removal?

My first surgery was 2 and a half years ago, and at that time I had a septal support strut, nasal tip work, and silicone. My nose became too long, became like a witch nose when I smiled, the nasal tip looked droopy, and it felt like a downturned arrow nose... Originally I had a small nose, but it became too big, so this time I went to the hospital to have it removed, and the director said he would reuse the existing septal cartilage to lift the drooping nasal tip, so after thinking about it, I did it.

Oh my god. It has become an upturned nose. After the first surgery, it felt like a long downturned arrow nose, and whenever I smiled, the septal cartilage did not move, so it looked like a witch nose... The second time, my nose looks upturned and pinched.... And the nasal tip is too pointy, which is so opposite to my image......... It is so hard. I should have just removed it, but I was tempted by the director's words for no reason, and I feel like I am becoming mentally ill. I cried all night, got blisters in my mouth from stress, and got gastritis.

I am in week 2, but the nasal tip shows no sign of coming down, and first of all my nose has become too pointy, so I hate it so much. Even if the nasal tip comes down, the pointiness will stay... My nose has become too big too.

I am planning to remove the septal support strut, septal cartilage in the nasal tip, and silicone all together. Today is exactly week 2. Would it be okay to remove them? It will not collapse or anything, right...
