There’s no inflammation, and I raised the nose with about 1.8 mm of nasal silicone, and only used septal cartilage for the nasal tip and support strut. There’s nothing bad like that, and the surgery was done very cleanly and well. Between living my whole life with my nose operated on like this and removing everything, which would be better? Please leave comments
