Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm thinking of removing the septal cartilage, support strut, and silicone, but I keep hesitating...

Hello. Three years ago, when I didn't know anything, I didn't even receive enough explanation, and because I was young, I got on the operating table without fear. I really wish I could go back to before that surgery, but time can't be turned back now. But the problem is, the surgery actually turned out very plain and well. My nose was raised with 1.8 mm silicone, and at the time the doctor said he would use septal cartilage, so I said yes, okay, and I didn't even look up what that was and just went along with it. He used septal cartilage for the support strut.

My nose really doesn't look obvious now. It doesn't interfere with daily life either, and if I don't say anything, no one knows. It's not that I dislike the shape either, and if I had to say what bothers me, it's that the nasal tip became slightly longer.

But I really hate having the label of having had plastic surgery. I also feel a bit pathetic for wanting to remove it just for this reason, and I also feel like removing it might be better. I really don't know what to do. When people ask if I got my nose done, I can't lie, so I say I did, and everyone goes, "Whoa," and it feels like they're disappointed in me for no reason..

Of course, no one is actually disappointed, but I'm also scared to get on the operating table again under sedation just for this reason.

I'm scared because the place where the septal cartilage was harvested is left wide open, so it might collapse later.. Is the answer just to leave it alone? Or is the answer really to remove everything?

I really can't decide.. On holidays like this, I keep only looking into nose removal.. I feel sorry to time ㅠ Please help me!
