There's no guarantee it'll go well I'm seriously going crazy. Why did I ever touch my nose.. haha Ah, has anyone removed everything while leaving the septal support strut in place? I feel like it would be lifted less and collapse less~~~ If the columella is hard, that means it's the support strut, right?
