At my previous clinic, I only had 6 mm MegaDerm placed in the nasal tip and cartilage tying done. My side profile definitely improved, but the front view didn’t improveㅠㅠ It still looks like a bulbous nose. So normally, if you only operate on the nasal tip, they straighten and support the columellar strut with ear cartilage or septal cartilage, then place ear cartilage on top of it. Since I already have MegaDerm, would it be possible to further build up the columella with ear cartilage or septal cartilage in that state? Or should I just get nostril/alar base reduction..
