Some hospitals provide an abdominal binder after surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and some don’t. For people who have had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, does an abdominal binder have any effect? I really can’t tell the difference between wearing one and not wearing oneㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
