I eventually found a hospital specializing in revision rhinoplasty and had a successful result, but sometimes I look at photos from when my first nose surgery went wrong, and I honestly still wonder about it. How did the nasal tip end up this compressed? I asked about it during my revision surgery, but maybe because they were also a doctor, or for whatever reason, they wouldn’t say something like “the doctor was the problem.” It’s resolved now, but until the revision, I was really stressed and even avoided talking to other people without a mask because it felt like they were only looking at my nose. Everyone who knows rhinoplasty well, why do you think this happened? No matter how much I think about it, I’m still curious.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
