My nasal bridge was originally high, I had an arrow-shaped nose, and my nose was very crooked, so I had rhinoplasty 8 days ago.
They used cartilage to lift the nasal tip, shaved the hump, and corrected the nasal bridge with silicone. I had it done at a clinic known for natural-looking rhinoplasty, and I also asked the doctor to make it look natural.
I didn’t know before the bandage and stitches were removed yesterday, but after they were removed, it looks okay from the front. However, when I look at my right side profile, it continues from the nasal bridge down to the nasal tip along a slope visible to about 45 degrees, so it looks very pointy and the nasal tip protrudes. It also looks extremely obvious that I had surgery, and it protrudes with too steep a slope, so I regret it. I’m thinking about revision surgery. I just want the end of the bridge to go in a bit, but it hasn’t been long yet, so I wonder if I’m worrying too much. When I look at other people’s review photos, I don’t see anyone protruding like me.
Because I covered my eyes and mouth, it looks a little less so in the photo, but you can think of it as protruding a bit more in terms of overall facial harmony.
I’m worried because I don’t think that pointiness will go in after one or two months ㅜㅜ If the original nose is big, is this the only extent it can turn out?
