I wanted the height raised a little, and because I had a short nose, I wanted the columella area extended. Since you’re interested in this, you’ll know what I mean haha. But when you look at photos of most handsome male celebrities and regular people, many of them tend to have a long columella. Personally, my short nose was a complex of mine, so right up until just before going under anesthesia, I was practically shouting, please lower my columella. During the consultation, they said it would be fully possible with septal cartilage and told me to just trust them. I even brought sample photos (the nose shape I wanted) and said at every consultation that this was the kind of shape I wanted, but despite that, this is the result lol. As the days go by, my nose is looking worse.. Ha.. At least it’s a relief that contracture hasn’t happened. Maybe I should’ve just kept getting filler regularly. After surgery, my nose looked crooked, so I went in, and they said it was scar tissue and gave me injections three times, but it’s still the same.. The director looked at my nose and couldn’t really say much either. Even so, he said it hadn’t changed much from my old nose and showed me the before-and-after shots, but is it only visible to my eyes? When I calmly pushed back, he said he’d do an AS revision and that although the anesthesia fee is 300,000 won, he’d only charge me 100,000 more, and told me to make an appointment after 6 months.
Well, there are many doctors who completely deny any fault and make the patient look like an idiot, so should I say I did relatively well..? () Honestly, the middle photo was right after the splint came off and my nose was full of swelling, and other than the height being too high, I really liked the shape, so I thought, I wish the swelling wouldn’t go down. But once it went down, it became a completely different nose lol... Aside from the open-incision area at the nasal tip, the skin at the tip of my nose is unevenly sunken lol. It’s totally botched. Anyway, I do need to have revision surgery, but I’m torn.. If I remove everything completely, I don’t know if it’ll go back to my original nose.. If I get revision surgery this time, I’m thinking of trying to lengthen the columella even if it means using cadaveric costal cartilage. I think I’ll also need to put in a slightly higher silicone implant. But I don’t know whether going that far will give me the shape I want, so I’m stuck and can’t decide either way.
Everyone here who told me before surgery not to get my nose done really weren’t saying it for nothing lol. I regret it a lot.. Ugh.. I can’t even take selfies now. This is at a level that can’t even be corrected with an app..ㅜ Sigh, I’m worried. What should I do..
