Before <pre-surgery photo> After <post-surgery photo> When I was 20 and knew nothing, I thought if I only put in silicone and made my nose higher, I would become prettier, so I started with rhinoplasty, and this time I had my 4th surgery. First of all, my first failure was that I started without thinking enough about my nose... I never dreamed that rhinoplasty would torment me this much for nearly 20 years. And my 2nd surgery was at Kyungpook National University Hospital, when I was 23 I used ear cartilage... After 17 years had already passed, I heard there was a place in the Dong-gu area specializing in revision rhinoplasty, so I did it right away. In April, I had my 3rd surgery with ear cartilage nasal lengthening and so on. What I really feel is that the more you do the nose, the harder it gets, and as time passes, the shape changes little by little~ Also, the nostrils kept changing every time, and the doctors all blamed me... If only I hadn't known,,, or rather, if only I had been careful from the beginning and understood the shortcomings of my nose before starting.. And that I shouldn't have had such big expectations~ Why is it that I only feel this now, after turning 41 this year.... My original nose was blunt and bulbous... and had a slight hump.. It was short in length but the nasal bone felt a bit firm; anyway, it was a short and sturdy nose. To borrow the doctors' words, they said it was a very difficult nose... I tried to make the 3rd surgery my last.... But it seemed my nose got shorter, whether contracture came or whether my original nose was short... Anyway, I'll post photos, so everyone, please judge... This year I worried and worried.... a lot. This is why I think you shouldn't take the first step into rhinoplasty. Posts in this community, I really read and read them~ They all felt like my own story and gave me a lot of comfort... The reason I'm posting this writing and photos is because, for those currently thinking about a 2nd surgery, there is no guarantee they won't end up worrying about a 3rd... If it's not a major complication.... I want to say that it's better, if possible, not to touch it more.. I also wanted to say that I painfully realized the more you touch the nose, the more it gets angry. For now, my 25-day post-op review is: When the splint first came off, um~ my nose had become long like a witch's...... When I smiled... it was really..... awkward. But day by day, I feel it is getting a bit shorter... The nose tip still feels very, very numb... From my experience, you absolutely have to watch the nose for 6 months to know, so with this surgery too, whether contracture will come or not is something I have to watch. Still, this is the first time my nose has become longer than my original nose and the tip has gotten higher, and it happened with my 4th surgery, so I'm enjoying that... And I'm happy that the nostrils, which had been uneven since the first surgery, have returned to being a little similar.. hahaha... That alone makes me happy. I'll have to manage it thoroughly so no more problems occur with my nose.... I can see a slight deviation... I'm going to try not to look at this much now... My current wish is that no other complications occur again... For now, the pre-surgery photos were taken in the operating room, and I'm uploading photos I took with my phone of a few I received. Please understand even if the image quality is terrible... I'll upload one photo from a little over 5 weeks after surgery~^^
