Last December, I had an osteotomy on the nasal bridge and had the nasal tip raised with ear cartilage. Since no implant was used and only the nasal tip was pinched/refined, just as I had worried, my nasal bridge started looking sunken and my nasal tip started looking long and stretched out, so I had revision surgery in July. They smoothed the nasal bridge with dermis, shaved the nasal tip a bit, and both surgeries were done with an open approach. But.. my columella has drooped, so it looks like a parrot beak.. like an old witch.. It’s severe when I smile.. It’s stressing me out so much.. I’m considering surgery again, but I’m lost about where to do it, whether I should remove the ear cartilage or lift the columella? I really don’t know what to doㅠㅠ
