Is it bad if the skin is firm when getting revision rhinoplasty?

If the skin is firm when getting revision rhinoplasty, it will probably have an effect, right? I heard that if the skin is too firm and doesn’t stretch well when shaping the nose, the shape won’t come out well during surgery.. I’m curious if that’s really true.. It seems like people similar to me use costal cartilage a lot, so I’m also thinking about removing the ear cartilage and switching to costal cartilage when I get the revision. With RU, I also asked Private, Louvre, and Nose Lab < about appointments, and it seemed like late May to early June would be possible... They told me the details could change again, so for now I just said okay and hung upㅇㅇ ! When getting revision surgery, can you tell me how you used costal cartilage, whether donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage? I had my primary surgery at a private clinic.. I was only told something like, “Your skin is a bit firm~,” and they said it probably wouldn’t have a major effect, but this time it’s revision surgery
