If the skin is firm when getting revision rhinoplasty, it will probably have an effect, right? 웅태웅 It’s not necessarily because it’s a revision, and even though mine was my primary surgery, my skin was thick, so wherever I went, they said it was a somewhat difficult nose for a first rhinoplasty. They said that if the nasal tip was raised only with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, there was a high chance it would droop because of the pulling force of the skin, so I built my nose with autologous costal cartilage at Louvre ㅠㅠ
최애아이 Was your skin thick and firm even before your primary surgery? If it’s naturally firm skin, wouldn’t the doctors work around that accordingly? ㅠ
