Just like the title says, among everyone who had alternating nasal obstruction like rhinitis after septal extension, are there people who got total nose implant/cartilage removal and became okay? In some places, people say they only had total removal and it collapsed, and in others they say their nasal obstruction got better, so the experiences are too variedㅜㅜ
