Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

During my first surgery, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage

They say costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery?? Looking at cases, even when the surgery is done with a somewhat glamorous feel, they still use costal cartilage. I want something between natural and glamorous, so since it’s a refined-glamorous feel for a revision, would they definitely use costal cartilage?? I don’t know much about materials, but I’ve heard that all 4 places, HㄴB, Bㄹㅇ, Yㄴ, and Lㅅㅌ, explain materials well. Still, would it be better to study up on materials beforehand by watching YouTube or reading blogs before goingㅠㅠ What do you think? Also, I’ve started worrying about contracture, so for revision surgery, I’m also considering removing the silicone and getting implant-free surgery. But I want a refined-glamorous feel, and I know that during my first surgery, a 3 mm silicone implant was put in my nasal bridge. With this much, is it possible to have implant-free surgery?
