Because I previously had my hump shaved and osteotomies done, I think my nasal bridge is now sunken and I have a problem with my nasal valve, so it's hard to breathe and I developed sinusitis. Since I'm doing full removal, I also want to get a spreader graft. Is there anyone here planning nasal valve reconstruction surgery like me? Right now, full removal is my top priority, so I do want to do the spreader graft using the septal cartilage that was previously used for nasal tip extension, but my septal cartilage was very small, so I'm a little anxious they might suggest autologous costal cartilage or functional rib cartilage. But for me, the functional side effects are much more severe than the aesthetic aspect, so the nasal bridge too...
