My hands are shaking so much right now. I’m going around to removal clinics, including the three major ones, and I’ve been to almost 10 places. Every doctor said something different about whether the nasal tip support was septal cartilage vs nothing was put in, so I went to ask the clinic where I had my first surgery. They said donor rib cartilage is in my nasal tip. At first, they only answered how many mm of silicone was put in and tried to send me to the consultation manager, so I asked whether septal cartilage was used for the support, and they said it was donor rib cartilage. I was so shocked. When I went to several consultations for my first surgery, I never once considered donor rib cartilage, and even now during removal consultations, I’ve never heard that rib cartilage was in there. The support feels really soft…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
