I’m usually the type to just live with the way I was born, but someone I know only had their alars done and it turned out so well, so I thought about it all last year and finally had surgery. I’m not good at going around to consultations, so I was just browsing apps and thinking about it, then watching YouTube lol That’s when I found a case like mine.. lol Alar reduction videos kept popping up, and the algorithm is really fascinating. Anyway, I went for a consultation and scheduled the surgery... lol Maybe because it was a place pretty well known for nose surgery, the booking took about one or two months. My nose is small, but only my nostrils were shaped like peas. But the consultation manager told me in a really excited voice that the effect would be good, and I was like, oh... They said alar reduction works well not for people whose nasal bridge is blunt and plump with flesh, but for noses with large nostrils or a droopy, arrow-shaped tip?? Anyway, these are photos taken after surgery. I’m satisfied, but what do you think?
