My rhinitis had gotten worse starting 7~8 years ago, so I got injection treatments and medication, but they didn’t have much effect. So I thought I should get examined and have surgery. Since I was going to have surgery anyway, I thought it would be good to improve the cosmetic aspects while having functional rhinoplasty. My nasal tip was blunt and drooping like an arrow nose, and my nasal bridge was on the wide side, so my nose looked big compared with my face. Just from reviews and posts in various cafes, I felt this was the place, so I went for a consultation thinking I would set a surgery date haha Compared with other surgeries, there’s a lot of talk about side effects with the nose, so I wanted the nasal bridge without an implant. Thankfully, the director said it seemed possible, so I had osteotomy, the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and functional nose surgery for deviated septum and hypertrophic rhinitis together with cosmetic nose surgery. It’s been one month since surgery now, and honestly, every spring I used to struggle because my nose would run nonstop from rhinitis. But now breathing is comfortable and I don’t sneeze, so I’m very happy. And what made me feel the surgery was really well done was that there was much less swelling than I expected. Also, I heard from many people who used ear cartilage that they suffered because their ear hurt so much, but for me my ear didn’t hurt at all, to the point that it was surprising. My ear wasn’t easy to see, so my husband disinfected it for me, and he said the surgical site was very cleanly done. I still have stitches inside my nose, so I don’t think all the swelling has gone down yet. But I’m already very satisfied with the line haha. I really recommend The New.
