In the end, the surgery went well, so I’m living satisfied. But one thing I’m disappointed about is that because it was my first surgery, they used septal cartilage and ear cartilage instead of costal cartilage. Since they’re less sturdy than costal cartilage, I do feel like the nasal tip is dropping little by little as time passes. Still, they reflected my need of not wanting high silicone well, and they made it aesthetically suited to my facial proportions.
