I lived for 5 years with a septal support graft in place, and had it removed about a month ago. My nasal bridge hump had been shaved down and my nasal tip was lifted with septal cartilage, but my original nose was already high and large, and on top of that I have a retruded chin. After fixing my nose, even abroad, people only said Russian mixed, Filipino, Thai, and so on, and no one knew I was Korean lol If being mixed race were true, I could be confident about it, but it is not, and living while pretending it was, feeling awful and unable to confidently tell people to touch my nose, kept going on, so I spent a year crying whenever I looked in the mirror and then had it removed But on the second day after removal, my mom said this, half jokingly: "You looked much more sophisticated before taking it out. You've totally got a bulbous nose now?" When she said that..... suddenly the face that had looked natural and pretty to me now just looked ugly... It feels like all I can see is my nose in a different way and selfies seem to come out like trash.... The clinic said my pre-surgery photos had disappeared, so I do not really have photos to compare with In my life, having a bulbous nose had never been a complex for me.... and the hump is slowly starting to show again... What should I do again..... I feel so pathetic for searching again for information on cartilage binding or an ear cartilage support graft Someone please give me advice, please I have not started working in society yet, and part of it has been stupidly delayed because of my nose If I start working, is having had plastic surgery an advantage?? Will people like me if it is obvious but pretty? Or will there only be gossip behind my back, saying I got my nose done, got my eyes done? I am also planning to get psychiatric counseling, but I do not know what to do..
