Nose Re-Surgery

I’m agonizing over removing everything from my nose Please read

Originally I had almost no bridge and a bulbous nose with a lot of flesh on the nasal tip But I suddenly got tempted by surgery and went ahead with it Ah, I really don’t know why I had surgery

During the first surgery, I raised the bridge with 4 mm silicone, and raised the nasal tip about 5 mm with tip cartilage tying, a septal cartilage strut, ear cartilage, and fat-layer removal The bridge was raised too much, so my eyes looked close together and there was a shadow at the glabella; my tip already had a lot of flesh and was on the high side, but they raised it completely to make it look thin It became a completely upturned, traditional “beoseon” nose shape, and after seeing my nose after the first surgery I thought, ah, I really shouldn’t have done this. I suffered so much emotionally and decided on removal I asked the director who operated on me whether everything could be removed, and they said even if everything is removed, it would be hard to go back exactly to my original nose and that it could collapse They recommended revision surgery, so I urgently had revision surgery 10 days later They lowered the bridge to 2 mm and removed the ear cartilage that had been placed on the tip, lowering it again by 4 mm Thankfully, the second result is much better than the first, but now, about 10 days after the second surgery, I still miss my pre-surgery nose so much The pulling in the philtrum from the septal strut and the tight firmness of the nasal tip Even though it’s 2 mm, it’s raised compared with before, so it’s much less than the first time, but there’s still a glabellar shadow and the eyes looking close together The image change from that The anxiety about the fact that I had plastic surgery. Worries about inflammation from the silicone later on, and so on. I really want to go back to before surgery

But what worries me again is that if I remove it and my nose becomes too different from before..... I think that would be really hard. I want to live my whole life without worrying about inflammation and without foreign material inside my nose, but seeing some reviews here saying they became completely ugly after removal makes me

Right now I really, truly miss my old face, but my current nose isn’t insanely strange. Still, the worries I mentioned above are making things really hard

Today while having the stitches removed, I had a consultation about removal. They said since I already had surgery twice in a row, another surgery would be difficult They said that after 6 months, if I still want removal, they’ll do it. I asked about contracture, nose lifting, scar tissue, etc., and they said that when removal is done without inflammation, those things absolutely won’t happen But even so, when I see some people’s posts here, I’m worried

If removal would make me return to almost the same as before, of course I’d remove it. But because surgery has no certainty, I’m anxious What if I do it after being told it will definitely go back, but then I end up with an upturned nose and an even lower bridge I asked whether they had possibly shaved the bridge during surgery, and they said no, and that it would mostly go back, but I’m anxious

I keep thinking maybe trying to go back will just ruin it more. But I hate my operated nose too Ah, I really feel like I’m going crazy these days I can’t eat well and worry every day I really regret that I should never have had the surgery itself

If I remove the silicone, septal strut, and cartilage tying after 6 months, will everything return to the original?? The doctor did say contracture won’t occur if there is no inflammation, but is that really true?

Did you really have no regrets after removal? What if I trust the doctor and something goes wrong.....

Removal is also revision surgery, so I’m worried I don’t want to touch my nose anymore, but if removal ruins it What would be better for me to do? Has anyone who originally had a bulbous nose removed all of the silicone, septal strut, and cartilage tying after 6 months? What happened to you??

What should I do? I’m having such a hard time right now
