The visible line is one thing... but I think the psychological part is the biggest... Someday I’ll have to get revision surgery... shouldn’t I do it before inflammation develops... People I know say why do surgery now, do it later... Honestly, unless my skin really gets thin and it becomes noticeable... unless inflammation develops, I probably wouldn’t have surgery... But honestly I don’t want to wait until then ㅠㅠ It feels too late...
- Anyway, when I went to a hospital that is supposedly fairly famous and asked about my nose, they talked about things like osteotomizing my flat nasal bridge and narrowing my nostrils because my alae are large............ When I looked into it, osteotomy is risky too... now I’m just scared of surgery and all of that... It also feels like they’re doing it just to make money..
When I had surgery, they shaved the hump through a closed approach, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage... During the consultation they said the hump could grow... so I forced myself to get silicone placed... I didn’t really know that ear cartilage would go into the nasal tip ㅠ_ㅠ.. Even if they explained it, I think I didn’t listen properly because I was excited about getting surgery... sigh........... The doctor I consulted a few days ago said that with a closed approach, the hump often isn’t shaved well, so it seems like they placed silicone over it... (Even when I look at it in person, it doesn’t seem 100% shaved down.. Is that why people say it looks natural;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;)
The director who did my surgery is now at another hospital... Honestly, it would be good to have it done by that doctor... but I also want to do it at a hospital with good word of mouth...

Looking at the answer, saying to add artificial dermis... or inject fat........ I don’t trust whether they’re saying that to make money.. or because my nose was shaved strangely ......
It was a big hump nose... if the silicone is 3.5-4 mm.. then they must have shaved a lot, right?ㅠㅠ

2. Also, if they say the hump wasn’t shaved enough, do I need to have it shaved...(they said there would be an additional cost...) If I just have surgery without shaving it, will it be very noticeable after surgery...........
3. For those who looked into removal hospitals ... what criteria did you use to choose a hospital? A hospital with good word of mouth? Or the feeling from the consultation with the director? Even hospitals with good word of mouth... all seem like ads... I can’t trust any of them... How should I decide.. Or please recommend one ㅠㅠ
