But there was a conflict of opinion about the pointed nasal tip because of the ear cartilage.. I feel it is too unnatural and makes my nose look even bigger, so I want to take it all out completely, and the director says it would be better to remove just a little; if I want, they can remove it all, but my nose could collapse, it could become a bulbous nose, and from the side it could also droop down like a beak and look even less pretty... I was told my nose is truly difficult to operate on because my skin is oily and I have many sebaceous glands inside the nose too .. I’m not confident I can handle all these side effects ㅜ Maybe it would be better not to touch the cartilage tying either and just remove a little of the ear cartilage
Other directors also say my current nose is too long and droopy (my nostrils are barely visible; originally they were not very visible either), and they often recommend surgery to pull the nasal tip upward, these two things. But!!! In my opinion, removing all the ear cartilage and then pulling up the nasal tip from my original nose seems better than pulling it up with the ear cartilage still in place...
