After having nose surgery 3 times, one side of my nose became completely blocked due to surgical side effects. . Since the functional aspect also needs to be restored, I decided to do it at a university hospital.. University hospitals do it under general anesthesia, so that part is a bit burdensome.. My last surgery was 6 years ago.. It was really unnatural, the glabella was high, the nasal tip was upturned, and I didn’t like it, but because of my fear of another revision surgery, I just lived with it.. Whenever I went for removal consultations, they all said the nose would become upturned and only recommended revision surgery, so I thought about revision surgery too and tried to do revision surgery, but since an upturned nose requires lowering the nasal tip a lot, the materials they recommended were costal cartilage, or septal cartilage + ear cartilage, or cartilage from both ears + dermis. This time, I did think that if I just found the right hospital, they might be able to lower the nasal tip a lot, but the thought of tearing open some other part of my body again, and then if my nose later had side effects or some strange issue again, it would mean another revision surgery, so I decided to remove everything because I want to put an end to my nose now. . I cried so much while making the decision todayㅠㅠ All the emotional suffering, physical suffering, the money wasted as moneyㅠㅡ I felt so sad and wronged that I spent 10 years of what should have been my happiest twenties crying. Those were the feelings I hadㅡㅠ My original nose was short and low, but it wasn’t an upturned nose, so I’m desperately hoping it will come down if I remove everything. . I also can’t imagine what I’ll look like after removal.. but even now my nose doesn’t harmonize and isn’t pretty. . I just hope it will look natural. . Because it’s a university hospital, I have to wait a month. . After removal, I’ll leave a review. Everyone, stay strong!
