Honestly, there are times when I think about it, but right now I don’t regret it. Even when it was in, the shape wasn’t amazingly pretty or natural or anything, and my eyesight is bad anyway, so I wear glasses when I go out ㅠㅠ If I were to give advice... I think you need to have a clear reason for wanting removal. In my case, it was a subjective feeling... it felt too heavy, and I had a lot of psychological anxiety... ㅜㅜ Mine was 4 mm and L-shaped... ㅜㅜ L-shaped... ㅠㅜ The nasal tip movement felt unnatural, and even with small things, I worried about the silicone first... ㅜㅜ If you don’t have a definite reason, you might regret taking it out. Since your nose has already been high, once you remove it, your nose can look quite unattractive ㅜ But then you soothe yourself by remembering when the silicone was in and thinking about why you wanted to remove it. And if you have straight silicone, it’s also okay not to remove it. There are many people who have used it well for over 30 years. ㅎㅎ For those who had nasal manipulation... think a bit more before removing it. In this part, I did have nasal tip manipulation, but because an L-shaped implant was inserted, the whole area from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip became higher, so when I simply removed it, the whole nose became lower. But for those who had a straight implant, if only that area sinks, a boundary may form.
Anyway, with silicone, I think the answer is to put in something low from the start, 3 mm or less? Or not put it in at all ㅜ Especially L-shaped... ㅜㅜ
