My grandfather injured his nose when he was in the military, so his nose became twisted. He said he underwent reconstruction with plastic surgery, and I don’t know whether donated costal cartilage existed back then, but he said the surgery was done with someone else’s bone, so I think it may have been done with donated costal cartilage. But he had been fine until now, and when I saw him for the first time in a very long while, there was a hole in his columella and a huge amount of inflammation was coming out. He said it had been inflamed for a while, so I’m really worried. He says cosmetic purposes are okay, and before it gets worse, I think he needs revision surgery or reconstruction. Is there no doctor in Busan who is famous for reconstruction…
