Has anyone had cartilage repositioning, nasal tip lowering surgery, or nasal implant removal at ㅇㅈ or ㅅㅈ? How are these two clinics.....? Please, I really need answers...! This is my third revision surgery. I’m desperate...!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
