I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, without any other osteotomy or strut. For simple silicone removal and only lowering the height of the ear cartilage, would it be okay to go to any clinic? Do I really need to go to a famous clinic or a revision surgery clinic? The clinic where I had the surgery says they don’t really know the cause of why it’s showing through now, so I don’t trust them
