Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It's been two months since my nose surgery. Should I remove it now? Or wait 6 months?

You might say I'm being too impatient at two months, or that it's just swelling.

But it's been almost 2 years since my first surgery.

My nose was originally high and a little broad, but I had surgery because I wanted to make the tip even a bit slimmer.

I had a slight hump and my nasal tip was drooping,

so when they lifted the nasal tip upward and placed ear cartilage on the tip,

my nasal tip immediately became bulky and bigger.

I believed them when they said it would get smaller, and waited about 1 year and 8 months.

Then, when I kept whining that I wanted it removed, they said let's try just one more time,

so it's been about two months since I had additional cartilage tying done.

But no matter how I look at it, they lifted the nasal tip upward and placed ear cartilage there, so where would that go?

Of course the enlarged nasal tip is still the same..

I read posts in a cafe saying to remove it even one day sooner if possible, and on top of that I'm worried the tied cartilage will form adhesions, so I want to remove it quickly.

But they say at two months, adhesions inside the nose wound are at their worst, so I should wait 6 months;

When I asked what about the tied cartilage then,

they said adhesions can be dissected later during revision surgery...

I wanted to remove everything now, take about 6 months to a year to recover,

and then end my surgery journey by lightly tying only the nasal tip without putting anything in. Or just do nothing

and live with my own nose...

Touching my nose again now would probably put strain on it too, so what would be best?

Or would it be better to start doing warm compresses or massage every day from now, make my nose soften faster, and have it redone within 6 months..?
