My nasal tip is in a state where it is lifted quite a lot, so I’m planning to have surgery to lower the lifted tip and remove the silicone. This would be my second revision, and I’m so exhausted now. I’m thinking of doing only cartilage repositioning without adding more material (I’ve already used septal cartilage and cartilage from both ears) .... I don’t mind if they use the materials already inside. If anyone has had this kind of surgery, or if you can recommend a clinic, please do... I’m so desperate..
