I'm on day 6 after having only the silicone removed, after having ear cartilage and silicone. My original nose was a bulbous, totally round nose, and my nostrils didn't show at all But now my nose feels tight and is lifting slightly;;; Can this happen even if only the silicone is removed? Will it keep lifting more? Anyone who knows...
