I’m on day 12 after silicone and donated costal cartilage removal, 2 years after surgery. My nose now, maybe because of adhesions, has a nasal tip similar to before removal, but I’m worried because I’m facing the contraction period ahead, so I’d like to ask.
1. After removal, as the nose comes down from immediately after surgery to after the contraction period ends, does it have the same shape? 2. When contraction comes, if it softens a bit after warm compresses, is downward sweeping massage effective? 3. When contraction comes, the nose looks smaller and upturned. Is it noticeable enough for a third person to tell?
I’m worried it may be too different from the current shape after the contraction period endsㅜ
