I had it done at a hospital that had a banner here, and had my septal cartilage and silicone removed. I thought I only had septal cartilage, but the doctor who did my previous surgery had put in silicone without even discussing it with me.. I don't know whether I should call and complain about this or what to do. It's been 4 days now. From the side, my nose was originally very high, so my current look is much more natural. From the front, there is still something awkward about itㅜㅜ Because of swelling, it looks puffy, and since my nose was slightly upturned to begin with, it feels more upturned than when it was operated on. Looking at the overall appearance, my image hasn't really changed or anything. I had cartilage repositioning, and during the consultation they said my nose would not become upturned during the contraction period.. But I'm not sure. When I look at other people, they all say the contraction period comes and the nose lifts little by little.. I guess this is just the beginning, right? I'm already worried. When I go to get the stitches removed, I should ask properly one more time. For those who had removal with cartilage repositioning, did you have any nose-lifting during the contraction period?
