I had a hump shaved down and ear cartilage inserted with L-shaped silicone... I found out it was L-shaped silicone only after removing it... The hump was what worried me most, but it wasn't that severe, so I just decided to remove it.. After removal, when do you start feeling the nose lifting?? My nose just feels stiff; the nasal tip is just the same as before surgery. I feel like I need to mentally prepare for when it starts lifting, so I'm asking. Oh, and the surgery was closed approach, the removal was closed approach too, and I had the removal done at a different hospital. I just did it at a place that said they could remove it without pressuring me into revision surgery...... I left a comment briefly, but many people were curious by DM, so I'm letting you know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
