I had the Gore-Tex removed. I removed only what was on the bridge of my nose at 11 months, and it was done with a closed approach. They said there was no inflammation. They also said I didn’t need to worry about contracture. They showed me what was removed, and except for what came out attached like a capsule, the implant came out in its original shape. It felt like something was being torn out My nose hasn’t lifted, but it has become a lot lower Still, my mom says it’s round and round, just like my nose before surgery. After some time passed, the numb/tingly feeling went away a lot. But the clinic didn’t say anything about applying warm/cold compresses, and I only received three days’ worth of medicine. Is it okay if I don’t take any other special measures?
