Nasal Inflammation, Removing Only the Silicone

After my revision rhinoplasty, from the time the taping was removed, the right side of my nasal bridge was bulging out and looked red and bruised. They also drew a little blood from the red area with a syringe. It’s been one month now, but the red area is unchanged, and that area has no sensation either. I took 8 days’ worth of anti-inflammatory medication, and the doctor said we should watch it a little longer and remove it if it didn’t improve, but they keep only saying to keep watching it. The shape of my nose is also too long, the area between my eyebrows looks like Avatar, and the swelling doesn’t seem like it’s going down, so I’m thinking of just having it removed. Since there is cartilage and septal cartilage in the nasal tip, I’m planning to leave that as is and remove only the silicone. My nasal bridge was originally low. I had 3 mm, but it was low, so during the revision surgery I had it redone with 5 mm. If I remove only the nasal bridge silicone, will it look very strange? Please, I’d really appreciate a detailed answer.
