It was a closed approach, but both nostril openings were incised The swelling is enormous, and because of the cotton packing I can’t even breathe They put in something like straws, so it’s really hard I feel like I’ll finally be able to live once they just remove the cotton. After going to tons of consultations, I was told to remove it first and think about revision surgery luck later So I had it removed, and I do feel relieved inside, but it’s so uncomfortable. I wish time would pass quickly. If I’m born again, I hope I’m born beautiful
