I’m posting my surgery review I also thought about it a lot in my own way and made the decision carefully before having surgery My cheekbones weren’t severe, but I wanted to make my face look a bit slimmer, so I had the surgery The effect was best on day 21 after surgery, and after that it does feel natural, but something still feels lacking. I don’t know how it was for others, but I wonder if non-fixation has more safety than fixation, yet slightly less effect... Surgery is case by case, but in my case, I think day 21 had the best effect
