Originally, my nasal tip had little soft tissue and looked kind of shaved down, and the silicone was showing through too, so I had revision surgery. Since I don’t have much soft tissue at the nasal tip, at first I asked for it to be made round and soft-looking, but I worried it might look too much like a bulbous nose, so I just asked for it to look natural. I said I didn’t want a pointy, slim-looking nose. I chose the clinic after seeing that most reviews from people who had surgery here had a rounded, half-curved nose with some soft tissue at the tip.. It’s day 2 now, and since it was done closed, there’s almost no swelling, and I don’t feel like the philtrum is lifted. The nasal tip feels lifted, so how much will it come down from here? I really hate when the nasal tip looks like it has no soft tissue. I really hate an upturned nose where the nostrils showㅡㅡ; Please give me hope

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
