Since it was revision rhinoplasty, I personally visited many clinics known for being famous, regardless of region, and eventually had a final list of about five. It was a difficult revision case because of my previous nose surgery, but I chose Lowell because I liked the doctor's consultation the most! Dr. Kim Dae-hwa was the most genuine, realistic, and kind during the consultation. I wanted a nose that was neither too low nor too high... just moderate, and I did not want a pointed nose. I think the doctor found exactly the right balance for me! I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and because osteotomy was also performed, the swelling has lasted a little longer. There is still slight residual swelling, but I like it!!! I am two months in now, and I hope it does not get any lower, haha; The doctor also examined me carefully when I went for dressing changes, and he is very sweet Everyone worries about scars from autologous rib cartilage, but Lowell is famous for making a minimal incision along the lower breast crease and underwear line, and they really do hide it perfectly. I want to give Lowell Plastic Surgery first place among clinics that use autologous costal cartilage well;; These days I often look in the mirror and am spending only good days, haha. If you are preparing for revision rhinoplasty, I recommend getting a consultation with Dr. Kim Dae-hwa!
