The low, wide-looking tip of my nose was a huge complex I am very timid, so I agonized over deciding to have nose surgery... Then my younger cousin had nose surgery at ID Hospital, and seeing the result gave me the courage to do it too, hahaha. First, my ideal is Karina's nose, haha.. so I told the doctor. After checking my facial structure, skin characteristics, and so on, the doctor honestly explained that they would make it as similar as possible, but it might be difficult to make it exactly the same because the surgery had to be harmonious and not look foreign to my original face. I actually trusted the doctor more because of this realistic explanation, and eventually decided to have surgery, haha. A CT scan also showed a deviated septum, so the doctor said it would be good to have rhinitis surgery at the same time. Since I had lived with rhinitis, I was actually happy to have the breathing-improvement procedure as well!! hahaha. For the materials, silicone was placed in the bridge, and septal cartilage and donor rib cartilage were both placed in the tip. My immediate thought was.. I cannot believe I kept putting off nose surgery for so long, hahaha The result was a slimmer and more elegant nose line than I expected, so I am extremely satisfied The tip is not flared and has gathered into a slim shape, which makes me so happy.. Since the mucous membrane is still slightly swollen, my breathing has not improved 100% yet, but it is much easier than before surgery! I will watch the recovery progress a little longer!
