I have disliked how pinched my nasal tip looked for a long time, but after nasal surgery I feel reborn, so I am writing this review.. I had surgery with Dr. Hong at [Clinic A], using a custom-made silicone implant and autologous costal cartilage! When choosing a clinic, what mattered most to me was whether they could correct the functional issues well too.. I had severe rhinitis, and my eyes would even swell every change of season. Tests at the clinic showed that my nasal septum was deviated, and they said the key was to straighten the septum properly overall. Function was of course important, but if the shape were unattractive, I would not have chosen an otolaryngology clinic for surgery. When I looked through reviews, though, there were many natural to subtly glamorous nose shapes that matched my ideal. During the consultation, seeing the doctor pay attention to the columellar angle gave me confidence, so I decided on surgery. In my before photos, my pinched nasal tip made my mouth look strongly protruding (not because of my actual oral structure, but proportionally!). Once my nose became higher, my mouth looked more recessed and my facial proportions improved so much. This is what I am most satisfied with. I felt that something was not harmonious before, but now my nose suits my face naturally and perfectly. And my nasal obstruction disappeared too.. truly the best. I plan to be grateful to the doctor for the rest of my life.. My medical father큐
