[Clinic A] hump and crooked-nose revision

It has been about three months since I had revision rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]. I had my first nose surgery at another clinic three or four years ago, but from the front my nose looked crooked, and from the side a remaining dorsal hump bothered me, so I wanted an overall improvement. Previously I wanted an unconditionally high and glamorous nose, but because this was revision surgery, I wanted to improve it into a shape that naturally suited my face. During the consultation, I explained the direction I wanted and said I wanted Dr. A to recommend the specific shape. I received a detailed explanation of the condition of the previous implant and the shape of my nasal bones. Since septal cartilage had been used in my previous surgery, this time donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and the silicone implant was replaced. From the side, lateral osteotomy and hump correction were performed, and from the front, the crooked nose was corrected while the somewhat bothersome wide nostrils were reduced. Since it was revision surgery, I was more worried than before, but the detailed explanation of what was necessary for my current nose helped me decide on surgery. Now, three months after surgery, much of the swelling has subsided and the nasal line is becoming increasingly natural. The hump that bothered me before has improved, and from the front my nose no longer looks crooked at all. Most of all, it does not stand out separately from my face, but suits the overall facial atmosphere while improving the points that concerned me, so I am satisfied.
