I usually felt that my nasal tip was blunt and my philtrum was long, so I went for a consultation. I was looking into philtrum reduction in this community and visited, and since I was going anyway, I also got a consultation for my nose. The staff working at the clinic and the counseling manager did not give me the impression that they were good at their jobs, so I'm debating whether to proceed based on trust in the consultation with the chief director alone. It was nose surgery, but the fact that they didn't take a CT scan and I was consulting with the counseling manager lowered my trust. However, after requesting imaging from the director, I had another consultation. The director speaks a bit quickly, but answered my questions in detail here and there and organized things clearly.
